Support is available for Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. The existing software and setup will be reviewed before work begins.
Are you a registered BAS agent?
No. Triple One Bookkeeping does not provide BAS lodgement, GST advice, tax advice or tax-agent services. Records can be organised for your accountant or registered BAS agent.
Can you help with overdue bookkeeping?
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping can be scoped after reviewing the size of the backlog, available records and reconciliation status.
Do you offer payroll support?
Yes. Payroll administration may include regular processing, payslips, employee records and leave tracking, depending on your software and requirements.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are quoted after reviewing the expected workload, transaction volume, software, payroll requirements and service frequency. This helps make the scope clear before work starts.
Where can meetings take place?
Meetings can be held online, at your business premises or by appointment at 12 Redwood Street, Coffs Harbour.
